Kat Brown MS RD RYT is a Registered Dietitian who has practiced in some of the finest pediatric and adult medical institutions in the country and specializes in blending this clinical background with teaching clients how to tap into body wisdom. She holds her Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and capped off her nutrition education at Brigham and Women's Hospital's Dietetic Internship program in Boston, Massachusetts. Specialties include treating people of all ages with disordered eating using an intuitive-eating based approach, food allergies, sports nutrition, non-diet approach to weight management and pediatric nutrition.

Kat has also sought training in motivational interviewing counseling techniques to better serve her clients.
Another one of Kat's passions is teaching yoga to people of all ages and ability levels. She is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with years of experience practicing and teaching yoga and a strong anatomical knowledge base. In her classes, she seeks to provide a nourishing, safe environment to explore the body and awaken the heart and mind. Kat weaves yoga teaching and nutrition counseling in the same appointment if desired.
In her free time, Kat enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, exploring and of course, yoga.
"Kat taught me that everything I need is "pre-installed." On it's own, my body has a wonderful way of self-regulating appetite, hunger and satiety. When I honor and trust that, I allow myself to live as the most honest version of me in the present moment."
